Course Description:
This course enables human resources (HR) and organisation development (OD) practitioners and line managers to understand the challenges and opportunities facing organisations during a process of change, and equips them with the most important skills to effectively manage change. It focuses on realistic changes in organisations, interventions to accommodate and implement these changes, resistance to change and ways of handling change. The OD process is the most effective methodology to guide employees through the difficult phases of the change cycle.
Presentation is in the form of five contact sessions of three days each in six-week (two-month) intervals to allow knowledge application acquired during contact sessions.
